Thank you for subscribing to Arqam. We strive to deliver high-quality economic data and intelligence tools. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our subscription plans.
1. Subscription Plans
Arqam offers the following subscription plans:
- Annual Plan: 600 EGP per year
All subscriptions provide full access to the Arqam platform, including Economy, Trade, Sector Analysis, and Price Monitor modules.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Annual Subscriptions
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial annual subscription payment, provided that you have not extensively used the platform's data export or download features. After the 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused months.
2.2 Renewal Payments
Automatic renewal payments are non-refundable. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 14-day refund window
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- Dissatisfaction with data content that is accurately sourced from official government agencies
- Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal
- Partial use of the subscription period
4. How to Request a Refund

- Reason for the refund request
Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
6. Exceptions
In cases of technical issues, billing errors, or service outages directly caused by Arqam, we may issue refunds or account credits at our discretion, regardless of the standard refund window. These cases are evaluated individually.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
